Aurum is VR alchemical laboratory that combines STEM with the humanities by utilizing recipes from a real historical text. I was the team lead for coding and programming in Unity. I managed multiple employees to complete various features and meet deadlines. I flexed skills in mentorship and conflict resolution in this role.

Dandy Hacks is an official MLH run hackathon at the University of Rochester. Our team of three delivered a game leveraging C# and the Unity engine and I contributed custom music, character and enemy sprites, and animations. We created Trowel, a rogue-like video game with a heavy emphasis on min-maxing mechanics. For this project, I was primarily focused on visual design. I created all of the sprites and pixel art aside from the randomized tile sets. I also programmed the audio events directly into Unity, from sound effects to music.

Studio Xplorer is a VR introductory app that takes place in a digital twin of the Studio X space. Taking over this project, I ran user testing to determine bugs and pain points and designed and programmed accessibility features based on this research. This culminated in a display at the Frameless Conference to positive results.

As a part of my coursework, I was tasked with creating a project using the "choose your own adventure" software, Twine. Utilizing this simple in a limited amount of time, I took up the challenge of creating a game with intricate mechanics and puzzles based around written descriptions and dialogue of the characters and environments the player came across. In order to visualize this experience, I also designed custom sprites and environments. This culminated in a quirky, dreamlike adventure with multiple endings, all playable in your browser.
